Senior HR Associate

RGP is looking for a Senior HR Associate to be located northwest of the Houston Area.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups, and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.
• Advise new staff members and helps with questions of less experienced staff regarding established procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with handling complex team member situations involving time sensitive problem resolutions and escalations. Identify team member needs quickly and take appropriate action to ensure those needs are met.
• Perform necessary research and work cross functionally to escalate and resolve problems.
• Maintains utmost confidentiality of all requests.
• Processes various transactions such as: new-hires, terminations, job changes, compensation etc.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience required
• Experience working in a call center environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills required

HR Manager

RGP is looking for a HR Manager located northwest of the Houston Area.

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as SME for assigned region on all HR related functions.
• Day-to-day supervisor for HR Associates.
• Work collaboratively with the management team and HR team to resolve employee relations issues, apply corrective action, performance management, and terminations.
• Partner with the Sr. Corporate HR Manager in the formation and rollout of HR initiatives for the region
• Oversee employee development strategy and allocation of resources and anticipate organizational business needs.
• Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring consistent application while working with management to provide solutions that balance business and employee needs in compliance with company policy and applicable law.
• Apply all federal, state, and local laws in conjunction with Company policies and procedures; monitor HR metrics, such as Proper Recording of Time, employee relations dashboard, employee personnel files, I-9, etc.

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience in a supervisory or management capacity
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with EEO/AA compliance programs preferred
