IT Auditor

Responsibilities: • The auditing of key controls for our client. • Review data flows from end to end across multiple systems Requirements: • Prior experience in IT application auditing in a variety of ERP environments, with specific emphasis on configuration management. • Previous experience in Internal Audit. Must be able to effectively create and execute an audit plan. • Ability to communicate findings in a language easily comprehensible by non-IT personnel. • Ability to act as a liaison between IT and functional groups. • CISA certification highly desired. • BS/ BA degree in an IT related field *** Local candidates to the San Francisco Bay Area preferred. Data Governance Analyst

Member of the Master Data Governance leadership team. Act as Data Governance SME (subject matter expert) to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of master data across the globe. Participate in the development and implementation of Master Data / Data Governance policies & procedures. Provide analysis and reporting to the business that highlights potential issues, identifies root causes and improves data integrity and decision making. Represent Data Governance on all company projects and initiatives to ensure data integrity. Global review of reports to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, SLA’s and S/OX controls as it relates to Master Data Management / Data Governance.



  • Act as the Data Governance SME to ensure consistency, uniformity and accuracy of data globally across all systems.
  • Represent Data Governance on all company projects and initiatives to ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Master Data / Data Governance policies & procedures.
  • Lead all MDM/DG data clean-up and validation efforts by proactively reaching out to all business partners to ensure the integrity of master data globally.
  • Provide analysis and customized reporting to business partners that highlight potential issues, identify root causes and improve data integrity and decision making.
  • Run various reports, compile and communicate department metrics to business partners as appropriate
  • Coordinates and analyzes data gaps by collaborating with appropriate data owners and business partners.
  • Analyze standard MDM/DG reports to identify security violations. Initiate system corrections as needed and alert management of any issues.
  • Global review of MDM/DG reports to ensure compliance with all S/Ox controls and Data Governance policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain all reports, processes and procedures for the MDM/DG case management tool.
  • Work closely with management to solve system related issues as they arise.
  • Facilitate the execution of project activities for the MDM team
  • Take ownership of all department policy, procedure and S/Ox documentation. Create / update, communicate and train as necessary to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, SLAs and S/Ox controls as it relates to Master Data Management & Data Governance.
  • Calculate and manage broker commission payments, TPM and tax reporting as necessary
  • Back up and support the Supervisor of MDM & Billing Resolution as necessary




  • BA or BS degree in related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 2-3 years previous master data, pricing or finance experience appropriate to assigned data element(s) required
  • 2-3 years previous Data Governance experience
  • 1-2 years previous project management experience preferred
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very organized with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Access experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with documenting policies and procedures (Visio) a plus.
  • SAP experience required. Similar ERP system experience considered
  • AS400 experience a plus.
