Internal Audit Lead

Internal Audit provides independent assessments of The Company’s governance, risk management and internal control environment for key stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior management and the Bank’s regulators.
The Internal Audit group is organized into the following specialty teams: Financial and Accounting Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance Risk, Credit Risk (loan review) and Information Technology Risk. This position is specific to the Compliance Risk Internal Audit team.
The Compliance Risk Lead Auditor is responsible for leading and executing internal audits of business units, risk functions, financial reports, key processes, computer systems and significant transactions of the Bank to determine adequacy of the control structure, mitigation of risks and effectiveness and efficiency of processes.
This role contributes to the timely delivery of high quality, value added assurance for a wide range of business activities.

Responsibilities: 

• Exercises independent judgment in identifying issues and assessing risk
• Formulates findings, prepares executive summary reports and reviews findings directly with line management and senior management
• May evaluate the effectiveness of controls in automated systems and perform automated data analysis to support the overall audit effort
• Designs audit procedures that test for regulatory compliance and the effectiveness of internal controls
• Provides consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meets or exceeds bank standards
• Assigns staff to complete specific audit procedures or projects and reviews work
• Assists in performance of risk assessment of business operations and processes
• Conducts post-audit follow-up to appraise adequacy of corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions
• Participates in completing specific audit procedures and/or projects.
• Plans, performs, supervises and reviews audit fieldwork, completing assignments within budgeted timeframes and resources.
• Prepares a draft of the report and recommendations to be presented to the Audit Manager/Director
• Presents and discusses audit findings as well as draft of recommendations with Bank Management
• Executes internal audits of business units; Responsible for conducting independent compliance reviews
• Assesses quality, risk, compliance with established policies and procedures

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Supervisory experience a plus
• CRCM, CIA, CRMA, or CFSA designation preferred
• Demonstrated execution capabilities according to strict timetables
• Ability to quickly learn new information technologies and systems in order to evaluate controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven interpersonal skills; Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong technology and computer skills
• Knowledge and experience with bank regulatory requirements and non-consumer regulations desired

SAP Technical Architect

We are assisting our client, a highly successful global manufacturing company, in directly hiring an experienced SAP Technical Architect located in the greater Toledo, OH area. Reporting to the Global SAP Director, this role has primary responsibility for leading the development of SAP projects/programs and associated Middleware to ensure alignment to strategy through in-house development and third-party suppliers. This role will provide leadership to development team members and technical direction to consultants. The company is set to embark on a global deployment of SAP Business Suite on HANA; therefore, this is a very exciting time to step into this leadership role. *Candidates MUST be US Citizens or Green Card holders in order to apply.

Responsibilities: 

• Contribute as Technology Architect for integration of SAP with Ariba, Concur, Success Factors, Legacy Applications.
• EDI Design across Business partners (Customers, Vendors, 3PL).
• Overall oversight and accountable for SAP application development quality and maintenance quality.
• Ensure overall quality of team deliverable: Create, maintain, and enforce development standards, processes and procedures in multi-vendor environment.
• Contribute as solution architect in cross-functional areas like Order Management, Supply Chain and Finance Area.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions for roll out, merger, acquisition and upgrade projects.
• Manage issues proactively, including timely resolution and the identification of remediation opportunities.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues to prevent them from repeating. Ensure delivery against agreed upon SLAs and overall service delivery of operational activities.
• Understand short and long-term goals and objectives and recommend technical industry best practice solutions and services.
• Manage Defects using Panaya, HPQC or SharePoint Defect tracking Tools.
• Manage the technical milestones for Change Request during the duration of the Project.
• Play vital role in planning & managing Project Technical Cutover activities along with other Functional Teams.
• Create strategic plans and road-maps for identified projects as required.
• Explore new technologies for future planning and potential implementation.

Requirements: 

Education and Experience Requirements
*Candidates MUST be either US Citizens or Green Card Holders
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a related discipline (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or Business)
• 10+ years of experience deploying and supporting SAP systems, including end-to-end full life-cycle activities
• Experience and/or knowledge of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow) in ECC, XI, CRM, GTS, SRM, Ariba, GRC, Vistex, Vertex, SAP PI, EDI, ALE, BAPI, RFC, LSMW, BAPI, BDC and IDocs, Adobe forms, Zebra Labels, SAPScripts and SmartForms, Enhancement frameworks
• Research and Implement SAP Notes; Upgrade Tasks SPDD and SPAU
• Experience using HANA and Fiori preferred
• ITIL Certification is preferred
