RGP/Accretive Solutions’ Executive Search practice has been engaged by one of its clients to recruit a Financial Analyst – R&D to join their team, located in Pittsburgh, PA.


• Work together with global automated driving engineering management team to ensure accuracy of monthly financial reporting, analyze actual spending and develop monthly forecasts.
• Provide financial oversight and guidance to the Mobility Business team
• Grow and consolidate, compare and analyze actual results against plans and forecasts; monitor variances; identify trends and recommend changes to the leadership team.
• Create and maintain process flows, desk procedures and task lists for all work
• Define, track and study key business and financial metrics for the Mobility business
• Support with analysis and development of the annual business plan
• Provide day to day financial support to local management team
• Support Divisional business teams with analysis of commercial pursuits and strategic initiatives
• Support Divisional financial planning and analysis team with monthly management reporting of financial results and forecasts to help assess and guide business decisions


• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA a plus
• 3+ years of experience with Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Experience with SAP
