Benefits Manager


• Establish US governance and philosophy in group insurance and pension plans.
• Provide strategic direction for the design, funding and administration of benefit programs and pension plans.
• Develop and monitor the management of self-managed disability records and policies.
• Carry out the annual renewal of group insurance premiums.
• Management of over $ 25 million in group insurance expenses.
• Managing the team of the group insurance and pension department.
• Interact with employees, managers, actuaries and various providers in different projects and files.
• Participate in the renewal process of group insurance contracts.
• Make changes and improvements to the various group insurance contracts (+150) and pension plans.
• Plan integration of new acquisitions into the insurance policies and pension plans.
• Support senior management for any problematic files.
• Supervision of the development of the HR system. (Including the control of various insurance and pension schemes, internal invoicing and all changes in premiums).
• Manage benefits and pension plans for all Human Resources teams in the US.


• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations or equivalent academic training.
• Experience in benefits and pension insurance (American standards).
• Have a minimum of ten (10) year experience in a similar position.
• Have a minimum of three (3) years in personnel management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of group insurance (US standards) is an asset.
