Change Manager

Accretive Solutions is seeking Change Manager Consultants for several different contract engagements within the Atlanta, GA area. In this role, you will work with our clients as an Change Manager specifically focused on assessments, implementations, communication and training.


Serves as the Change Management Lead for multiple work stream to determine stakeholders, impacts, and create communications plans to ensure appropriate parties are engaged or informed throughout the design and implementation processes.

  • Identify stakeholders, costs and benefits of the change, the scope of a change, and specific impacts with each Work Stream Lead.
  • Engage stakeholders to provide input and understand the change in a way that builds their commitment and ensures the right people are engaged and/or informed.
  • Partners with Work Stream leads and teams to build plans and develop messaging and communications for affected stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Builds change capability and understanding among Work Stream Leads and their teams.
  • Develops approaches to sustain the change; to measure progress and value, communicate success and take corrective action if needed.
  • Drafts high-quality presentations and communications designed to shift audience beliefs and behaviors.
  • Develops approaches such as input/focus group sessions, surveys and other means to assess where people currently are in their understanding and support of the change.
  • Compile, analyze and prepare results of surveys, input group sessions, etc. to be able to communicate the results and next steps to various audiences.
  • Ensure that designs are addressing vital stakeholder feedback and that change plans are built into each Work Stream’s project plan.
  • Track and identify dependencies and overlapping impacts across workstreams.
  • Build change capability among Work Stream leads.
  • Ensure effective execution of communications.
  • Support Operating Committee meetings (weekly and comprised of the Work Stream leads) to connect themes across Work Streams and stay connected to the overall Roadmap.

Support the Global change effort where capacity allows:

  • Establish mechanisms and develop content for roll-down meetings and roll-up feedback on key messages through the organization.
  • Identify pockets of risk and monitor key people risks.
  • Help to build and update the detailed change and communications roadmap and keep the Work Streams’ progress connected to the overall change effort.
  • Support All Hands Meeting / other meeting content creation, mechanics, production/logistics.
  • Help to pull together a holistic calendar of key stakeholder meetings to identify knowable dates we can plan messaging around.
  • Support the preparation and execution of global change communications.
