Client Development Manager, NetSuite

The NetSuite Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for leading the identification, pursuit and generation of NetSuite licensing and professional services solutions sales with new and existing clients as well as further developing and managing relationships within our existing client base. This position requires aggressive activity, independent initiative and a high orientation in providing outstanding client service in the interest of establishing and maintaining a longer term business partnership with the client as their trusted business advisor. The successful BDM will have proven sales experience in software licensing and consulting solution sales, as well as proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

In addition, the candidate should have experience interacting with C-level executives as well as developing and maintaining relationships across client organizations. In this role, the BDM will be responsible for all phases of the sales cycle with the focus of building new relationships, driving licensing and consulting business in new accounts and cross selling solutions and services.

Responsibilities: 

· Represent Accretive Solutions and sell NetSuite licensing and professional services offerings and cross sell all of our Information Technology service offerings.
· Build relationships and identify opportunities at all levels, including the C-level, within the CFO, CIO, COO, CTO and CAE organizations.
· Ensure that the correct business decision maker is involved in the qualification and nurturing process as early on as possible.
· Perform software scoping and requirements gathering as it relates to the NetSuite software modules that the client will need to purchase in order to meet their requirements.
· Collaborate, cooperate and coordinate with the Business & Technology Practice Director and NetSuite Practice Leader around implementation and optimization services scoping and estimating.
· Act as an example for other BDM’s in other markets such that they may be able to leverage and start to sell NetSuite with minimal oversight.
· Willing and able to invest time and join and participate in key networking and functional groups within the market as well as NetSuite events and events for its ecosystem of third party solutions.
· Build credibility, trust and client perceived value by working with the client in a consultative manner.
· Responsible for prospecting, identifying, and developing new client opportunities and expanding existing client opportunities within your territory. In addition, lead NetSuite marketing practices for developing new client opportunities within your territory and across the US.
· Navigate through large, complex client organizations that may have multiple barriers to entry (geographical, political, etc.) in order to establish a presence and deliver results.
· Responsible for developing a sales pipeline to ensure balanced size, shape, and quality of pipeline with disciplined management ensuring quota targets are met or exceeded.
· Influence, persuade and manage client relationships at all levels throughout the client organization, particularly at the “C” levels, in order to ensure success for the client and Accretive Solutions.
· Responsible for understanding the client’s business issues, strategies, and initiatives in order to recommend the appropriate service offering, and their compelling reasons to act, in order to apply our consulting solutions in support of their business.
· Maintain a current understanding of competitors’ services and pricing.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities.
· Build exceptional relationships with all internal groups (consulting leadership, practice leaders, recruiters and sales team) across the organization to ensure seamless selling of Accretive Solutions’ consulting solutions and to establish clear expectations for resource alignment and support.
· Responsible for achieving year-over-year revenue growth and meeting or exceeding established sales targets and quotas.
· Responsible for remaining current on competitive intelligence within ERP solutions space and recommending winning strategies to address market conditions.
· Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities.
· Assist local leadership team in the development and execution of local go-to-market strategies and marketing efforts
· Assist in the training and development of lesser experienced client development personnel via coaching, mentoring and teaming.
· Collaborate with Regional/Market leadership to develop and execute winning sales strategies focusing on the targeted accounts within a territory.

Requirements: 

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
· Broad knowledge of Information Technology sector.
· ERP system sales experience in NetSuite or other comparable systems required.
· Demonstrated success in solution selling, preferably services, to large clients.
· Strong cognitive ability and intellectual curiosity.

· Excellent questioning, listening, negotiating, qualifying, and closing skills.
