IT Audit Manager

Accretive Solutions’ Consulting Practice has been engaged by one of our clients to recruit an IT Audit Manager to join their team, located in Santa Monica, Ca.


• Ensures compliance with the policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, and keeps current on compliance related areas
• Evaluates the systems of internal controls within the departments using risk assessment and statistical models
• Prepares audit reports and recommendations, and presents reports to the Audit Director for review
• Presents, discusses and signs audit recommendations
• Proposes new audit techniques and procedures to improve effectiveness/efficiency of audit(s); review regulations, accounting principles and new pronouncements to ensure they are incorporated into audit procedures and disseminated to the audit team
• Assists in the development of the annual lending audit plan
• Participates in the completion of internal audit staff performance appraisals, promotion recommendations, terminations, and professional development
• Manages and performs audits, overseeing several audits at a time


• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in internal auditing or public accounting
• CPA, CIA, or CISA Certification
