RGP/Accretive Solutions’ Executive Search practice has been engaged by one of its clients to recruit a Manager, FP&A to join their team, located in the Greater Detroit area.

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis team will work with senior leaders to drive strategic and operational objectives.
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis role will be focused on consolidation and analysis of financial data, as well as, assist in designing and building a best-in-class enterprise FP&A function that will enable and support the company’s growth and value creation objectives. They will also identify and analyze opportunities for improvement and use analytics as an objective method to provide business solutions across the globe. In addition, the person will assist in evaluating acquisition targets by building valuation models and various special projects and initiatives in a fast-growing and development-focused environment.


• Forecast, budget, analyze and report operational and financial results
• Analyze company performance against targets, as well as, comparisons to relevant competitors or peers
• Prepare financial models to provide support to financial decisions
• Assist in the development of accurate, consistent and timely analysis and business results and planning output
• Assist with compiling the annual plan and quarterly forecasts
• Provide analysis and meaningful reporting to aid in the understanding of results and strategic vision
• Monitor dashboards and benchmarks to support strategic & operational decision-making
• Assist with providing quarterly reporting requirements for external constituents


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a large multinational corporate environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred
• Advanced Excel skills; modeling skills preferred
• Must be self-motivated and function independently, driven towards superior effort and performance and the desire to work in a very dynamic environment
