Project / Change Manager - DFW

DFW based organization is looking for looking for an experienced Change Management resource to help run Change Management associated with the Revenue Recognition Project. The Change Manager will report to the Rev Rec Project Manager. This role will be responsible for executing a change management approach, leveraging change management tools, developing deliverables, and delivering on the Change Management Plan. A key goal of the position is to increase employee acceptance, support and commitment to the change, with the ultimate goal of facilitating the successful standard implementation and sustainability by:

• Helping employees understand the “path forward” and the benefits of future change (addressing “What’s in it for me?”)
• Fostering a culture of early adoption to change
• Promoting effective communication flow between the program team, leadership, and operations
• Sharing all program information in a clear and timely manner


• Develop a change management plan in conjunction with the overall project plans, providing a platform for employees to gain information, ask questions and share thoughts about the changes taking place
• Keep end users informed of Program progress, the latest solutions and future state expectations
• Work with the project team and stakeholders to determine change impacts.
• Communicate directly to stakeholders and execute a project communication plan, facilitating frequent and consistent messaging to manage expectations and help employees understand the ‘path forward’
• Coordinate the training approach, curriculum and scheduling to allow impacted groups to understand and execute new processes, tools, and behaviors on the Reve Rec timeline.
• Generate proactive communications and readiness activities will be provided specifically to enable the Change Network.
• Create and execute a change network strategy that includes identifying change agents, engaging this group, and following up on change network assigned responsibilities; accelerating employee acceptance and commitment to the changes
• Provide direction to other functions and projects on how to manage their change.
• Identify and support leadership alignment requirements, working with the project sponsor to identify needs and build communication materials.


• 10+ years experience in Change and/or Project Management
• Bachelors or Masters level education preferred
• Excellent facilitator and moderator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Good listening and facilitation skills
• Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues.
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
• Ability to ability to influence and ability to execute a vision
• Flexibility to deal with ambiguity
