QA Analyst

RGP/Accretive Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Automation QA Analyst responsible for the development, maintenance and entry of automation test scripts. The QA role is an integral part of the Agile Scrum team and participates in all areas of quality including story writing, grooming and pointing. The QA analyst uses the knowledge gathered during story development to author test scripts that will be used to automate the testing of software and interfaces. The Automation analyst works with the broader team to validate that all functions are accounted for and seeks to continually improve the process. The QA Analyst must be able to work independently and have knowledge of Agile testing techniques.


• Assists with the development and execution of the Quality Management Plan, Review and Audit Plan
• Assists on improving performance and ensuring consistency in assessing compliance to document processes by developing standardized test plans and consistent testing automation.
• Responsible for informing, enabling, reviewing, and reporting on project process performance
• Work with Test Lead to perform and lead processes related to testing activities for new software development systems and applications
• Works with other testing analysts to specify and support the test environment
• Responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications


• Software Skills- Strong Communication Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of the software testing discipline and its integration with software development life cycle required
• Ability to develop effective test and quality assurance plans for software testing
• Ability to develop and execute effective plans for quality management, review, and audit
• Ability to track and develop metrics for quality assurance and testing
