We are looking for professionals with technical and/or operational skills to perform the following:
• Providing revenue recognition guidance based on authoritative literature and company policies.
• Ensuring that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate and SEC standards.
• Preparing and reconciling revenue and deferred revenue schedules.
• Handling period revenue close activities including contract review and analysis, reporting, revenue and deferred revenue account reconciliations. Assisting in establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures and accounting policies.
• Assisting in the processing of revenue impacting entries and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Assisting in facilitating the automation of current process and procedures.
• Assisting with SOX compliance and external audits.
• Partnering cross functional teams on key areas of responsibility.
• Preparing VSOE and BESP calculations and analyses.
• Assisting in establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures and accounting policies.


• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 8 years in industry or accounting firm with experience applying ASC 605 and ASC 985 and other industry specific authoritative standards.
• Team player and solid communicator (written and verbal skills).
• Strong interpersonal skills and an eagerness to learn.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup formulas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Software Revenue Recognition, ASC 606 highly desired
