Senior Accounting Analyst

Our client is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to assist in the headquarters office with various Accounting responsibilities. This includes general ledger entries, transnational entries, and bank reconciliations. This individual would report to the Office Manager and support the leadership function as needed. This include organizing and maintaining various supporting documentation.


The Senior Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of various financial statements, investment reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations. This exciting position has many opportunities for growth!


- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in personal financial accounting or bookkeeping preferred
- Experience in reconciliation of financial information (cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
- Proven attention to detail, quick turnaround times and ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of personal information security (tax info, medical info, etc.)

Compensation: $75-90K
