Senior Director, Treasury Consultant - Plano, TX

Client in Plano is seeking a Senior Treasury Consultant / Director with global experience who can assess, create and implement process.


Lead the Treasury team and help them establish best practices, develop robust cash flow models, improve reporting, review, update and implement daily routines, policies and procedure documents, manage the Treasury team to ensure all payments made on time and reporting provided to stakeholders, participate in cash planning processes, work with various banks and establish new accounts and online reporting systems as required. This role will also be overseeing all global merchant processing relationships and risk areas (credit card fraud, refunds, chargebacks, insurance, processing fee structure, etc.) again implementing best practices, reducing our fees, structuring the processing, reporting and reconciliation of transactions. This will be a key role and very visible to senior executive leadership.


- Lead complex Treasury operations
- $500M+ (preferably larger) organizations
- Multi-national organizations with complex entity structures
- Managing large number of bank accounts across multiple banks
- Significant exposure to foreign currency accounts
- Significant experience with credit card processing in global environment, including refunds, chargebacks, fee structures, in high volume environment
- Managed insurance coverage and risk assessments
- Minimum 15 years Treasury experience
- Daily cash reporting and forecasting in complex global environment
