Senior Recruiter (Accounting / Finance & IT)

RGP is seeking a Senior Recruiter in the Dallas Market. The Recruiter will source and place consultants across various disciplines including Information Technology, Accounting & Finance, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities: 

- Research candidates and companies utilizing most advanced tools available
- Recruit high quality candidates who align with our needs in consulting, quickly build rapport and engage in meaningful career discussions, and schedule next steps to get them further exposed to our firm as appropriate
- Assess interested candidates thoroughly utilizing behavior-based interviewing techniques
- Present qualified and interested candidates to the appropriate clients and/or consulting leadership team and schedule additional interviews / meetings
- Work closely with clients and consulting leadership to manage candidates through the hiring process ensuring continued mutual interest exists and timely and effective issue identification and resolution
- Advise clients and consulting leadership team as needed to ensure successful close and on-boarding of candidates
- Develop strong relationships with key prospects and proactively build and maintain a “virtual bench” of talent
- Partner with client development and consulting delivery teams with RFP process including market research, consultant profiling, proposal development and delivery to multiple clients

Requirements: 

- Minimum of five (5) years of recruitment experience including two (2) years in recruiting in Accounting & Finance or Information Technology
- Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Collaborative, team player who is cool to work with
- Excellent relationship builder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools and technology.
